Pultrusion, carried out during the gratings production stage, is a continuous chemical process involving passing glass fibres, pulled into a thread, through a zone soaked in polymeric resins.

This material then enters the appropriate heated pultrusion mould; it is pulled through it to be modelled and, thanks to the heat, a true exothermic reaction is started, which starts the process of hardening the component. In this way a fibreglass profile is made, completely polymerised and in various sections and sizes.
