Eurograte has developed a form of fencing using special grating panels to form fibreglass fencing systems.

Fibreglass fencing with grating panels is mainly used in industrial environments and where a boundary around a large area is needed; traditional fencing cannot fulfil this function, for safety reasons and because of wear, durability and weather resistance.

Fibreglass fencing systems differ from metal or completely plastic fencing because they are non-conductive and can thus provide insulation from electricity and from electromagnetic and electrostatic fields.

In the event of fire fibreglass fencing systems are in practice self-extinguishing, avoiding the risk of flames propagating in surrounding areas, harming people and property. This is also the case after any combustion process, since the fumes emitted are practically non-toxic.

Fibreglass fencing needs no maintenance and no earthing, and there is no need to retouch paintwork.
